Sri Guru Purnima

The author of Mahabharata, Vedavyas, was born on the full moon day of the Shukla month of Ashada, so Guru Purnima is being celebrated across the country on Wednesday to commemorate that day. Without Guru’s grace, one cannot go on the path of life. With Guru’s blessings, life becomes Srivaksha, all sins are washed away by Guru’s grace. That is why Gaudiya Vaishnavas celebrate Gurupurnima Tithi by remembering their Guru.
